The history of this ancient woodland in East Sussex was the inspiration for work we prepared in the textile studio and then took to the wood to be displayed and photographed. Our work explored bugs, birds and animals; branches, leaves, bark and fungi; seasons and the ghosts of people who have worked in the woods in the distant past.

On reflection, exhibiting in a wood is remarkably easy.  But then we were lucky with the weather.
